Before utilizing the services offered by RedSea please thoroughly review the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). By engaging in our private transportation services, you consent to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1. The term "Passenger" denotes the individual(s) utilizing our transportation services.

1.2. "Driver" refers to the person responsible for operating the vehicle during transportation.

1.3. "Service" or "Services" encompasses the private transportation provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Reservations

Our Booking and Reservations Terms and Conditions outline key aspects of arranging transportation with Red Sea. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information, and reservations are subject to confirmation. Cancellation policies, payment requirements, and modification options vary and should be reviewed prior to booking. While efforts are made to accommodate preferences, driver assignments and vehicle availability are subject to operational considerations. By booking, passengers agree to these terms and any additional conditions set forth by Red Sea. For assistance or inquiries, passengers can reach out to our customer service team.

3. Wait Time

3.1. Our Wait Time Terms and Conditions stipulate that passengers receive a complimentary waiting period, typically 5 to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, varying by service and location. Beyond this period, additional charges may apply, billed incrementally based on the applicable rate. Passengers are urged to be punctual to avoid unnecessary fees, and Red Sea reserves the right to adjust the wait time policy as necessary for efficient service. By utilizing our services, passengers agree to abide by these terms.

3.2. For no-show customers:In the event of a no-show, where a passenger fails to arrive for the scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, Red Sea reserves the right to charge the full fare for the reservation. No-show fees are applied to compensate for the driver's time and resources allocated for the service. Passengers are encouraged to cancel reservations in advance to avoid such charges. Red Sea may waive the no-show fee under exceptional circumstances, at its discretion.

4. Changes and Delays

For any alterations to reservation details, such as pickup/drop-off locations or timing, passengers may request changes, which are subject to availability and terms. Red Sea aims to accommodate such requests whenever feasible. Prompt notification of delays is crucial to adjust reservations accordingly, as failure to do so may lead to additional charges or service unavailability. Red Sea reserves the right to make adjustments to reservations, including changes to pickup/drop-off times or vehicle assignments, to ensure efficient service delivery. Passengers are responsible for adhering to the terms outlined, including the no-show policy, which may incur charges for the full fare of the reservation in case of failure to notify Red Sea of a delay or change in plans.

5. Payments/Fees

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified, with Red Sea accepting various payment methods securely. Fees for services, including base fare, additional mileage, tolls, and waiting time, are detailed upfront, with passengers responsible for additional charges incurred during the journey. Cancellations may incur fees based on timing and policy terms, while failure to cancel may result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full fare. Any disputes regarding payments or fees should be directed to Red Sea's customer service for resolution. Red Sea reserves the right to adjust rates and fees at its discretion, with passengers agreeing to adhere to these policies upon booking.

6. Additional Fees/Cancellation Fees

Passengers should be aware of additional fees that may apply to their reservations. These fees can include charges for extra services, such as additional stops or extended waiting time, which are outlined at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may also be applicable depending on the timing and terms of the cancellation policy. Passengers are encouraged to review these policies carefully before confirming their reservations to avoid any unexpected charges.

7. Cancellation Grace Period

7.1. Passengers are granted the liberty to cancel reservations within a designated grace period without incurring charges. This policy ensures timely cancellation of a dispatched driver, fostering efficient and equitable service for both parties.

7.2. Passengers have a four-hour window or more before their scheduled pickup time to cancel a trip reservation free of charge, applicable to pickup locations within Montreal and its surrounding areas, including the south shore area.

7.3. For pickup locations outside of Montreal, its surrounding areas, and the south shore area, passengers have a twelve-hour window or more before their scheduled pickup time to cancel a trip reservation without incurring charges.

8. Responsibilities and Conduct

8.1. Passengers are expected to treat drivers, vehicles, and fellow passengers with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the transportation service.

8.2. Passengers must always wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion, and child passengers must be securely restrained in appropriate child safety seats as required by law.

8.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for reasons including intoxication, illegal activities, or non-compliance with our rules and regulations.

8.4. Drivers are expected to maintain good conduct towards clients, and we do not tolerate any form of abuse. Each driver must ensure that every trip is a positive experience for the customer. 9. Safety and Liability

9.1. Passengers are responsible for their safety during transportation, understanding that the Company and its drivers are not liable for personal injuries or damage to personal property during the service.

9.2. The Company maintains insurance coverage for its vehicles and drivers. In the event of an accident, the company's insurance will be the primary source of coverage, subject to its terms and conditions.

10. Privacy

10.1. The Company collects and stores your personal information as necessary for the provision of our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information regarding data protection and privacy.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

12.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of State. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in State.
